For calcium carbonate powder production, we fully inspected and renewed crushing, grading, screening and dust removal equipment, and recalibrated particle size parameters. The upgraded sealed production system effectively avoids impurity contamination and stabilizes product whiteness, purity and fineness, meeting international standards for various industrial filling and modification applications.
For filler masterbatch production, we optimized internal mixing and twin-screw extrusion equipment, and upgraded intelligent batching and constant temperature control systems. Accurate control of raw material proportion, melting temperature and mixing uniformity greatly improves the dispersion of calcium carbonate fillers and resins, enhancing the compatibility, stability and processability of masterbatch for diverse plastic modification applications.
For hot melt road marking coatings, we conducted deep cleaning and sealing upgrades for stirring, melting and filtering equipment, and recalibrated temperature and stirring parameters. The optimized process ensures uniform composition and stable fluidity, enabling finished coatings with superior adhesion, abrasion resistance and weather resistance, suitable for road construction in various global climates.
