To fully implement the primary responsibility for work safety, standardize workshop operation order on a regular basis, eliminate various safety and environmental hazards in a timely manner, and prevent and curb safety accidents, the workshop strictly implements the weekly routine safety inspection system. It carries out all-round hazard investigation and rectification covering production safety, working environment, equipment operation and site management, so as to continuously consolidate the foundation of workshop safety management.
Safety management personnel conduct full-coverage inspections of workshop operation areas every week. Key inspection items include the operating status of mechanical equipment, protection of electrical circuits and switches, configuration and functionality of fire-fighting facilities, workers’ wearing of labor protection articles, and compliance with on-site operation specifications. Meanwhile, special inspections are launched targeting the workshop working environment to address environmental hazards such as disorderly material stacking, blocked passages, sanitary dead corners, accumulated dust and non-standard waste classification. Safety hazards and environmental issues are inspected, rectified and addressed simultaneously.
All problems identified during inspections are recorded one by one to establish a hazard ledger, which clarifies hazard locations, persons responsible for rectification, corrective measures and deadlines. A closed-loop management mechanism of 'discovery, rectification, re-inspection and closure' is adopted. Minor hazards are rectified on the spot immediately, while issues requiring rectification within a time limit are tracked and supervised continuously. Regular re-inspections are conducted to verify rectification results to avoid hazard recurrence and backlog, ensuring complete elimination of all hidden dangers.
Regular weekly safety inspections and rectification have effectively standardized on-site operation behaviors, removed various potential safety risks in a timely way and improved the overall workshop working environment. Going forward, the workshop will firmly adhere to the safety red line, continuously advance regular hazard investigation and treatment, raise all employees’ safety awareness and refine safety management measures. Through regular, standardized and refined safety management, we will fully sustain a stable and sound performance of safe production in the workshop.
